A custom piece starts with a space, not a catalogue. Perhaps the dining room needs a table two centimetres narrower than anything on the market, or a hallway calls for a console in a stone you saw once and never forgot.
This is how we take a project from that first idea to a finished piece in your home, and what you can expect at every step.
1. The brief
Everything begins with a short description of the project: what the piece is, where it will stand, how it will be used, the dimensions you need, and when you would like it.
The most useful briefs include photographs or a simple drawing of the space, the stones or colours you are drawn to, reference images you love, and the delivery city. References help us understand the direction; they are a starting point, not a specification.
2. Material and design direction
Next we discuss the stone, colour, finish and form together. We work only with genuine natural stone, including Carrara and Calacatta marble, Nero Marquina, Verde Alpi, Rosso Levanto, beige and silver travertine and natural onyx, and we review availability before anything is promised.
For tables we also agree the thickness, the edge profile and the base; for mosaics, the composition, palette and size of tesserae. Natural variation is part of every stone, so we talk openly about how veining and colour may differ from samples.

3. Technical review and proposal
Before you commit, our team reviews construction, dimensions, weight, the conditions where the piece will be used and the delivery path. A marble top, for example, needs a base engineered for its weight; an outdoor or wet-area piece needs the right stone and finish.
You then receive a proposal that sets out the agreed scope, material, price, lead time and terms. Nothing goes into production until the design is approved and recorded.
4. Making in the atelier
Each piece is made by hand in our atelier in Chtaura, Lebanon, where traditional stone masonry meets contemporary design. The stone is cut, shaped, and its edges profiled and finished by artisans; mosaics are composed and set piece by piece.
Pieces from our active collections typically dispatch within three to six weeks. Bespoke commissions depend on complexity and on the stone selected, and their timing is confirmed in the proposal. We keep you updated as the piece takes shape.
5. Crating and delivery
Marble furniture and mosaic artworks travel in custom timber crates with protective wrapping, built for the piece. Delivery is coordinated with logistics specialists experienced in heavy stone: white-glove placement is available in Lebanon, regular freight with customs clearance serves Dubai and the Gulf, and ocean or air freight is arranged for international destinations.
A guided inspection checklist is provided for sign-off on delivery, along with care information for your stone and finish.

Questions we hear most
How long does a custom marble piece take?
It depends on the scope, material and complexity. Collection pieces typically dispatch within three to six weeks; the timing for a bespoke commission is confirmed in the proposal.
Can I choose the exact marble?
Yes. Material options are reviewed with your desired tone, use and confirmed stone availability in mind before production.
Do you deliver outside Lebanon?
Yes. We coordinate delivery to Dubai, the Gulf and international destinations; the method, cost and timing are confirmed before the order proceeds.
What should I include in my first message?
The intended use, dimensions, photos or a drawing of the space, material preferences, delivery city and your target timing.
