How Rozaik handles your personal information

Rozaik is a natural-stone atelier based in Lebanon that operates rozaik.art. Rozaik is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email contact@rozaik.art.

We collect only what we need to answer you and to handle your order. We do not collect payment card details on the website.

• Contact details — name, email address and phone number — when you send an inquiry, a quote request, a Custom Made request or an order request
• Delivery details — country, city, address and delivery notes
• Your email address, if you sign up for our newsletter, together with the date and the page where you signed up
• Order and project details — the pieces you are interested in, quantities, messages, dimensions, drawings and any reference links you share
• Technical information — our hosting provider records server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time, which we use to keep the site secure and to limit abuse

Your bag is saved in your own browser's local storage so it is still there when you return; you can clear it at any time from your browser. We also remember in your browser that you closed the cookie notice, so it is not shown on every visit. A sign-in cookie is used only on the staff administration area.

We use Google Analytics, provided by Google and loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors find and use rozaik.art — for example which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the website that referred you, your approximate location, and your browser and device type. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) that can last up to two years.

By browsing rozaik.art you agree to these cookies. If you prefer not to be counted, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on; the website keeps working without them.

We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that counts page visits without cookies or browser storage and without following you across other websites.

We do not use advertising cookies. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent.

We use your information to reply to you, prepare quotations, review and fulfil orders, arrange delivery and after-sales service, keep the website secure, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We send marketing messages only if you have agreed to receive them.

For customers in the European Union, we rely on these legal bases: taking steps at your request before a contract and performing it; our legitimate interest in running, securing and understanding the use of the website; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where we ask for it.

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Our website and database hosting provider, which stores the information on our behalf
• Our email service provider, which delivers messages about your inquiry or order
• Google, which provides Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Cloudflare, which provides our cookieless website analytics
• Shipping and logistics partners, who receive only the details needed to deliver your piece
• Professional advisers and public authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights

Rozaik is based in Lebanon, and our service providers may process information in other countries. When your information is transferred outside your country, including from the European Union, we take the steps required by applicable law to protect it. Google may process analytics data in the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

• Inquiries and quote requests that do not lead to an order — up to 24 months after our last contact
• Orders — for as long as needed to complete the order and after-sales service, and then for the period required by accounting and tax law
• Server logs — for the short period set by our hosting provider
• That you closed the cookie notice — 12 months, after which it is shown again
• Newsletter — while you are subscribed; after you unsubscribe we keep only your email address and the date, so that we do not email you again

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it, or to withdraw a consent you gave. Email contact@rozaik.art; we reply within one month.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time with the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email or by emailing contact@rozaik.art.

If you are in the European Union, you may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
