Terms for using rozaik.art and ordering from Rozaik

These terms apply to your use of rozaik.art and to any order you place with Rozaik, a natural-stone atelier based in Lebanon. They work together with your written order confirmation, our Returns & Cancellations policy and our Privacy policy. If your order confirmation says something different, the order confirmation applies.

Adding pieces to your bag or sending an inquiry, quote request or order request does not create a purchase. Rozaik reviews each request for availability, specification and delivery.

A contract is formed only when Rozaik sends you a written order confirmation stating the piece, price, any deposit, lead time, delivery scope and payment arrangements, and you accept it. No payment is taken on the website; payment is arranged directly with Rozaik.

• Prices, where shown, are in US dollars and exclude delivery, customs duties and local taxes unless stated otherwise
• Pieces marked price on request are quoted individually
• A quotation is valid for the period stated on it
• We may correct an obvious error in a price or description before an order is confirmed

Custom orders require a deposit, stated in your quotation. The deposit is refundable if you cancel before stone cutting begins and non-refundable once cutting has begun.

Before production, you approve the specification — dimensions, stone, finish and design. You are responsible for the accuracy of the dimensions and site-access information you give us.

Every piece is made by hand from natural stone. Colour, veining, pores and texture vary from one block to another and from the photographs on the website, and screens display colour differently. Small variations in size, finish and mosaic joints are part of handcrafted work and are not defects.

Delivery scope, cost and estimated timing are set out in your order confirmation. Lead times are estimates; we will tell you promptly about any delay.

You are responsible for making sure the piece can be delivered and installed at the address, including doorways, stairs and lifts. Please inspect your piece on delivery and report any problem within 3 business days, as described in our Returns & Cancellations policy.

The designs, mosaic motifs, photographs and text on rozaik.art belong to Rozaik and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Commissioning a custom piece does not transfer the rights in its design unless we agree to that in writing.

You agree to use rozaik.art lawfully and not to interfere with its security or operation, submit false information, or copy its content by automated means. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website.

Rozaik is responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts.
