All Rozaik products are made to order. Once your piece is complete, we coordinate shipping based on your location and preferences.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Each order is carefully packaged to protect natural marble and mosaic surfaces during transit.

Delivery Options

  • Airport Delivery: Your order is shipped to the nearest international airport for pickup. This is the most economical option for large pieces.
  • Door-to-Door Delivery: Full delivery to your address through DHL or equivalent carrier. Higher cost, but includes customs clearance assistance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated separately based on:

  • Destination country and region
  • Package dimensions and weight
  • Chosen delivery method (airport or door-to-door)

Returns and Warranty

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are accepted only in cases of shipping damage. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photographs. Resolution includes replacement or compensation.
