Every piece from Rozaik is handcrafted to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our work and the specific logistics involved in transporting marble and mosaic art, our return policy is governed by the following terms.

Commissions & Made-to-Order

As our works are produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns based on change of mind, spatial miscalculation, or aesthetic preference once production has commenced. We encourage clients to request material samples or detailed specifications prior to commissioning a piece to ensure it aligns perfectly with your space.

Transit Damage

We take extreme care in crating and shipping our works. However, in the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please document the damage with clear photographs of both the artwork and the external packaging.
  • Upon verification, Rozaik assumes full responsibility. We will arrange for a replacement or, where appropriate, professional restoration.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of order placement. Once materials have been cut or the mosaic process has begun, the order is considered final.
